Sake has been on my radar for quite some time since I saw them in the Gourmet Traveller magazine. The combination of cream cheese, grilled eel, jalepeno and crunchy tempura bits sounds like a winner to me. And what an elegant way to present nasu miso. Ok, I'd better stop rambling. I am intrigued how much you guys have spent since there are so many dishes ordered!
